Overview
To be eligible for a refund, your booking has to be cancelled 7 calendar days before the scheduled meeting date.
Cancellations need to be made through our contact us page with a CANCEL AND REQUEST REFUND request in the message field.
Refunds
Once your cancellation email is received and approved, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the rejection of your request, in such case, with the reason therefor.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days if payment was made online, or 14 days if a refund needs to be sent as a check. (Please provide the mailing address for this in the request.)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
