JJ Uys brings 24 years of organizational leadership experience to every coaching engagement — shaped by the boardroom, the church, the nonprofit world, and the marketplace. Born in South Africa and relocated to the United States in 2018, JJ brings a rare cross-cultural perspective to leadership development that resonates across industries, backgrounds, and organizational cultures.
Holding a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Regent University and trained through Accelerated Leadership — an ICF credentialed coaching organization — JJ combines academic depth with real-world experience as a business owner, pastor, and organizational leader.
At the heart of JJ’s work is a simple conviction: people were made to thrive. As a pastor, he has spent decades helping individuals discover purpose and live it out with intention. As a coach and consultant, he brings that same passion into the marketplace — believing that leadership done well is one of the most powerful forces for good in any community.
